The Goss & Balfe Sapphire Coast Marathon, organised by Amanzimtoti Athletics Club, is an annual marathon with a new route announced in 2023 taking runners and walkers along the Amanzimtoti coastline. Distances for this race will be 10km, 21.1km and 42.2km, with the longest route also serving as a Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon Qualifier.
