In terms of the KwaZulu-Natal Tourism Amendment Act (2002), registration with Tourism KwaZulu-Natal (TKZN) is mandatory for all tourism businesses. A core requirement is that your business must be registered with a Community Tourism Organisation (CTO) — like Sapphire Coast Tourism.
